Future Men appoint new CEO Alastair Smith-Agbaje

I am delighted to be the CEO of Future Men. I look forward to working with you and serving, equipping and making an impact within our community. I am passionate about youth, young men and the wellbeing and support of vulnerable people within communities, in particular individuals who struggle with low self-esteem and mental-health-related issues.
In my last charity role (Lambeth and Southwark Mind), I was the CEO and led a team of staff and volunteers, who provided mental health and well-being services and support in hospitals and the community. We became an award-winning charity for our work with young people and vulnerable women.
I have a background in financial accounting and have worked for several organisations in senior leadership roles within corporate companies, and over twenty years’ experience working within charities and local authorities based in the United Kingdom. I also lived and worked overseas for several years in Japan, Korea and Norway.
