We Believe in Young People
As part of the community, engagement and outreach team, our London Youth Quality Mark youth clubs provide a safe space for young people aged 8 to 18 to develop, learn, and most importantly, enjoy themselves.
The clubs aim to engage young people with positive activities that will help them develop their self-esteem, encourage healthy eating and fitness, improve employability, support them through challenging times and help them achieve their goals, as well as giving them opportunities to voice their opinion and take responsibility.
This is achieved through a wide range of interactions between well-trained staff members and young people whilst involved in some of the following activities:
● Talk sessions ● 1:1 support ● Cooking ● Art and crafts ● Sports (traditional sports, unusual sports, competitions) ● Music production and recording / podcast sessions (coming soon 2023) ● Indoor and outdoor games ● Homework support ● FREE trips ● Issue-based workshops/activities (drugs, alcohol, E-safety and anti-bullying) ● Pool ● Table Tennis ● PS5 ● Girls’ group (set days) ● Careers Advice ●
